20 Years After Indictment, Mexican Cartel Leader Pleads Guilty

Miguel Angel Caro-Quintero will be sentenced on February 4, 2010 in Denver, after admitting to trafficking thousands of tons of marijuana. He was well-known as the brother of Rafael Caro-Quintero, who killed DEA Agent Enrique Camaren in 1985 and is now serving a 40-year sentence in Mexico.

Earlier this year, Caro-Quintero was extradited from Mexico to Denver after serving eight years in a Mexican prison on weapons charges. He faces between 10 to 20 years in prison. Read more at FoxNews.com.
