Bloomberg Reluctant to have 9/11 trial in NYC

In a news conference, Mayor Bloomberg on Wednesday objected to holding the controversial trial of Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and his co-defendants in New York, citing security concerns and disruption of local businesses in a high traffic area of the city. Mr. Bloomberg suggested that the trial would be better suited to a more secure location that would be less disruptive and less expensive.
