After meeting with Chinese leader Hu Jintao, President Obama announced that the US and China had come to an agreement to cooperate on the issue of Iran’s nuclear proliferation. Both nations are pushing Iran to demonstrate that it’s development of nuclear technology is for peaceful means only. Mr. Obama also officially announced his administration’s support of a “one-China policy” and emphasized the need to continue dialogue and communication with China on the issue.
