Secretary Clinton promoting peace in Northern Ireland

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in Belfast, Northern Ireland today and spoke to parliament. The parliament, which is made up of both Irish Protestants and British Catholics, was given the promise that the US presence was that of support rather than meddling. On the agenda, was the main issue of defeating the IRA (Irish Republican Army), which has become more brazen with their most recent killings (including two British soldiers and a policeman).
